Your have a nice green theme to your forum. Not to bright or dark. Your banner is nice too. But for your welcome table...consider puting the affiliates into a table at the bottom of your forum. Keep the top of the forum nice and tidy. And get some custom thread images, they make your forum look more professional. Request some in the graphics request board or make your own. The 'Back A Page' and 'Forward A Page' is completely unnesessary, or at least for me it is. People can just like the 'Back' or 'Forward' in their browsers. Your navigation tree completely blends right into your background...which isn't good for people like me who use the navigation tree a lot. Consider changing the link colour with this: <style type="text/css"> <!-- .nav {font-size: 10px; text-decoration: none; color: 000000; font-weight: bold;} .nav:link {font-size: 10px; text-decoration: none; color: 005177; font-weight: bold;} .nav:visited {font-size: 10px; text-decoration: none; color: 005177; font-weight: bold;} .nav:hover {font-size: 10px; text-decoration: none; color: 005177; font-weight: bold;} --> </style> Your thread highlight colour isn't really good either, especially because it's the same colour as windowbg1. You may want to make it a darker or lighter green. But overall, your forum is really nice.

Michael covered everything I would say as well. I would just like to add that if you're gonna have stripes go vertical and make the light green stripes skinny as that will add visual interest. Add some gradients.

I see that the black and white and green colors don't fit in a way, try playing with one of the colors. I agree with Bobby try adding some gradients.
