I dont mean to be harsh but I dont really like this skin. I know Im new but its just not professional enough. I think you should set the background up a bit better so it flows, change the colour of the menu buttons so it is easier to read and make the blue in the background not so bright it is the focal point of the site althoug I doubt you meant it to be.

White//Night, of course your opinion is valued. The menu buttons have already been mentioned by another member and are something I will look into fixing when I can. Alendar, most of those are already known and it's just a matter of finding the time to find out why they're occuring and hopefully fix them. The only one I have no idea about is Bobbys name, I think it's to do with her being invisible but will require further investigation  |

Not really a bug, just a suggestion. In the welcome table, for switching between viewing staff by rank/department, why not do <a href="javascript:void(0)" onclick="SWITCH CODE"> rather than making the href go to #  |
