Since you didn't leave a pixel size, I assumed you wanted it to fit in the white border. I also think you should see what this one looks like on your forum first as I think you need the width to fit well. As far as height, that could be trimmed though you will sacrifice some of your picture. I also should add that the height of this banner isn't any larger than your existing banner.
I will remake it, if you give me an exact measurement in pixels. If I make it half size, it will be smaller than your signature in width wise. Is that what you really want?

the things is i have no idea how many pixels wide & tall i want it (i'm not good with that). but i will use it & see how it looks.
