Other Description: Um, in your rate of my forum, you said that you would do something with my banner. The banner url above is just the glitter text part of it. So you will have to put the text onto the background, but make sure the it is still animated so that it sparkles. The pink background is set in the forum colors. I don't really care what the background is, as long as it goes with the text and rest of the forum. You also said that you would add a dark pinkk border to the off icon.
