Mmmmmmm not bad forum. I would rate it 5/10

What i like:

-I like the colour scheme. It looks pretty good.
-I like your menu buttons. They are awesome.
-The splash is really good and effective.

Suggestions:

-Cell Highlight. Blend it in with the forum abit. Try something like 87C3FF.
-Border. Same thing as cell highlight.
-Width. Make the width abit smaller to go with your backroung
-Get a bigger and better banner.

Tips:

-Fill up the blank boards. Inactivity detracts guests.
-A good design will atract more guests. Thats why theres Web Design. If your not a designer, then request it in this forums request board.
-Advertise! Do your best. Get a sig for your forum and place it in your sigs around other forums..people will look at it.
-Take your time and do your best.
-Hang in there. Guests dont come overnight. Forums can be real hard work!

You need a better banner that's a decent size. That message box on the left looks awful, and it takes from your really nice background. I would get rid of that. Get rid of <<Home>> text, code below. Get some grads made, they really do make a difference! With your background I would strongly suggest that you resize your forum width the same size as your affiliate bar. Code below. Please remember, you can always visit our Graphics Requests forum.

Content:	It looks good so far, but I think it would look better if you split the categories and hid the info center from guests.
Graphics:	I think fixing the background would improve it, and the banner is a little too small. Try lengthening it, and maybe getting some head/base images for your categories.
Colors:	The colours aren't bad at all. I think the only thing I can suggest is to make the blue a little darker so that it suits the background.
Codes:	The codes are good. Try to find one so that you can get rid of the <<Home>> bit.
Management:	Well the management seems to be OK. Keep it up!
Overall:	5/6 out of ten. I think fixing the background, making the colours a little darker and making the banner bigger will improve it.

One thing i notice is a nice simple forum...

The colours ... pinky and blue don't really got together... i fix that...
Maybe a Better looking Banner... looks very plain....

I see no Gradients at all... add some of them...
Also post a bit more...

I can all be easyly improved... your not really going to like my rating
