 Well, except for your banner the colours are good. You need a matching banner, and it could be larger and centered. There are too many animated wavy lines. Your combo rules/link box should be more symetrical in design. Please visit our Code Database forum and pick up the code to center your banner, remove <<Home>> and Hey X. Make or have made in our Graphic Requests forum on/off buttons & banner to match your forum.
