Your banner and head and base images are really nice and your background too, but you have a large block of grey in your background, looks as if the background image isn't quite large enough and you decided to fill the rest in with grey.

EDIT: The grey background only appears with higher resolution, larger than 1024x768. So you're okay a computer like mine is rare to come by, I think.

The Google bar at the bottom isn't needed so you should remove it. And by looking at your icon legend, I don't sea large difference, and at first, I thought they were the same image.

Your welcome table is quite large, the staff list makes it taller but the other sections of the table are empty. I would suggest making the welcome section of the have a colour legend in it, so in the end, there are only two sections.

To have your threads a little nicer, you might want to:

My opinion.... it looks nice, nice flow of colors and the accents are great. Snow/bulbs.... you did a good job.
