Love the colours, they work really well. Banner and on/off icons also good. Maybe a simple background image? Make sure there are posts in every board.
Overal rating - 9/10

 I love the head/foot images, banner, menu & folder buttons, colours. I think the only thing you really need is a backdrop, with a texture matching your banner. All in all, it looks sharp!

Including what everyone else said, I'd also lighten up your catbg grad. Just a little too dark for the black text in the info center.
