You could deffinatly use a custom banner. The general colours are good but I've never been a fan of 'images' on the background. I think it would benifit from removing the 'Forum Name | Topics | Posts...' and the words being added under the numbers instead. Deffinatly work on advertising and make sure there are posts in every board. I'm sure you know, but custom on/off buttons, menu buttons and folder icons would really improve the look.
