Looks great! My only suggestion is to make the text in your banner larger.

I really dont think you need to change anything, it looks nice. I did notice something though... You affiliate table has the '.co.nr' affiliate only randomly, I'm pretty sure the agreement says it has to always be on the first page (being the index) of your website, if it indexes and sees that it isn't always there might get rid of your account. Dont quote me, I just think this is the case, I might be wrong. But to be safe I would put it in a seperate permanent Affiliate table or something. I think you better take a read of the free web domain site and see if it says anything about that. Just a thought. Your Forum looks Great, I really think you have made a fantastic forum.

Everything looks pretty nice. You banner doesn't really blend in a whole lot, I would tint it so it's more of a green like in your head and base images. Your category title doesn't seem to be vertically-aligned properly and seems like it's out of place. If I were you, I would only allow ad-free for members, not guests. Unless, you've got a million credits or whatnot...your choice. I would hid your staff board so that only staff can see it, what's the point of members being able to see it if they can't access it?
