1) I think you need to change the colour of the border so that it doesn't match any of your window backgrounds. The creates a solid border as should be used. 2) The welcome table at the top needs a bit of work. I could help code it for you. 3) Get some gradients.  4) Nice banner. |

You could use a bit more detail in your backdrop, and some blending of the corners of your head image, and customized folder images. Colours and menu icons are excellant. |
