where'd you get your screename?

Ok simple question, where'd you get/what inspired your screename?

Mine was just one of those things you pull out of your head at random, plus I love hyphons, I always wanted a SN involving souls and hyphons, plus it sounds cool and original, no-one else has EVER used it. If I wouldn't have thought of that, I'd probably be using Flibble or Xtreeme

i'm a HUGE yugioh fan plus i've always loved exodia ever since i saw the first episode of yugioh. i believe it was when me & one of my friends were just talking that i got the idea to call myself "Son of Exodia" or "SOE" for short. it's my favorite SN that i go by.

Well, my screen name at the moment is Michael, which is basically my name. Nothing really special about it. But, at other forums I'm on, my screen name is Mico. Just one of those things you get from your head. Plus, it kinda goes with Michael, which the 'Mic' and all.

I wasn't really aware so many people used their real names on forums. I guess then there's not too much you could say about inspiration then.

But why use your real name, The only reason i use a screename is because "Soul-Divider" sounds (atleast to me) cooler than "Garry" (My name)

But I suppose it's your call.

I don't know why I use my real name, I just like it I guess. A screen name kinda defines who you are. Like, if you screen name is... animelover or rpglover, etc. People will probably see you as a anime or rpg lover and think of you as one of those people that are obsessed with anime or rpgs. But when you see something as... 'Michael' people don't really know who you are and what you like and stuff like that. Sure, you can sort of hide behind a screen name or use it as an alias, but when you use your real name people can't think of you as another 'Michael' because...uh, all people with names as Michael are different....I guess. That's just what I think.
