[F] Recolor Image again

Image Type: Change Color

I had this image recolored once before but im doing an alternative skin for my board and was wondering if you could recolor it again?

I was wondering if you could change the colors of this background image for me?

I need the main background this color: F1F1F1

and the Stripes either end this color: 4488ff

(but please dont resize the image)
