Rules - Anyone who doesn't abide by them will get their request locked by either me or Rose-Bud.
Absolutely no requests will be accepted if the form is not properly filled out for your type of request.
This includes:
A forum/site URL - I may need to look at your forum/site for colour & style.
Font download URL - I don't have the time to search for you.
Stock image URL's - Save & upload them yourself. I don't want to see the "Image Hosted by Tripod" icon again or anything like it.
Please do check to make sure all your URL's work.
At this time, only one request per three week period is allowed. Please don't even try to request anything if it hasn't been 3 weeks, or you will lose karma and recieve a warning in your mini profile for all to see.
If you are a repeat offender, I guarentee that I will never do another request for you ever again. All offences will be recorded into your account.
